* Calls to the CONTACT Crisis Line are confidential and anonymous.

* As a caller, a volunteer will listen to your concerns without passing judgement. Volunteers do not give advice, but help you come to your own decision.

* Each year over 14,000 individuals contact our Crisis Line for assistance.

* Many callers are not aware of the services that are available in our community. Our database contains a wealth of resources including governmental, nonprofit and social service agencies and support groups.
