
How can I deal with stress in my own life?
* Try to identify what is causing the stress.
* Accept your humanity. Nobody's perfect.
* Build recreation, refreshment, and rejuvenation into your life as a preventative against stress.
* Give yourself a break. Even a brief walk, nap, or cup of tea can be rejuvenating.
* Find and spend some time doing activities which give you joy or pleasure. (Exercise, gardening,
cooking, dancing, reading, music, long baths. These are different for everyone.)
* Incorporate time for relationships with special friends and family into your life
